These use methods such as slow fire cooking, charcoal clay ovens, hot plates and grills, where the kebabs are treated to a variety of spices, then gently kneaded together to form tender delicacies and finally brought to the ovens to create melting experiences. The mouth watering Signature Dishes comprise of Lamb Kakori Malai Kebab, Soya Ki Seekh, Dastaan E Khumb, Fish Paturi Banana Leaf, Murgh Dhaniawala Korma and Baghara Stuffed Eggplant.
