Ivory – The Indian Kitchen presents fine Indian cuisine from the Coastal region of India comprising essentially of flavours from the Indian Coastal belt of Goa, Konkan, Malabar, Mangalore, Chettinad, Andhra Pradesh and Bengal.

These styles use methods like clay ovens, steaming and roasting, slow fire cooking, hot plates and grills with Signature Dishes such as Hyderabadi Lamb Leg Roast, Tandoori Ajwaini Lobster, Malabari Trio, Adraki Andhra Lamb Chop, Masala Crab Cake, Peshawari Aloo, Paneer Makai Malai Vegetable Seekh, Parat Wale Baingan, all promising a mouth watering experience.

This 90 seater fine dining Indian restaurant, with an executive private room and a contemporary lounge bar, serves an extravagant Buffet Lunch everyday from 12.00 noon to 2.30 pm and A-La-Carte menu signature dishes from 6.00 pm to 11.30 pm.
