The focal point of the cuisine comprises essentially of Mughlai, Lucknowi, Hyderabadi and the kitchens of the Nizam styles of cooking. These use methods such as slow fire cooking, charcoal clay ovens, hot plates and grills, where the kebabs are treated to a variety of spices, then gently kneaded together to form tender delicacies and finally brought to the ovens to create melting experiences. The mouth watering Signature Dishes comprise of Lamb Kakori Malai Kebab, Soya Ki Seekh, Dastaan E Khumb, Fish Paturi Banana Leaf, Murgh Dhaniawala Korma and Baghara Stuffed Eggplant.

This 90 seater smart casual Indian restaurant, with an executive private room, a contemporary lounge bar, and an all new al-fresco dining section serves an extravagant Buffet Lunch everyday from 12.00 noon to 2.30 pm and A-La-Carte menu signature dishes from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
